I've been using mesh 'soap saver' shower scrubbies for about 30 years, and during that time I have tried various brands. To date, this was the least effective product I have tried. It does the task of keeping small pieces of slippery soap trapped in the pouch, but the title "exfoliating" is misleading. The material this particular pouch is made of is a silky soft plastic. If that is what you are looking for, you might be satisfied with this product. However, if you are looking for a product that can actually exfoliate your skin, this is not it. Additionally, the layers of plastic mesh are not fluffy like some other brands that I have tried. In this product the mesh layers stay plastered together, which means a limited amount of suds are produced. Overall, this product was disappointing, however as I can't return it, the best I can do is help other shoppers find what they are actually looking for.
