I send 50 - 250 letters a week. These envelopes are absolutely terrible. The side of the back isn't glued all the way to the top. Up to 1" gap. (Probably a production run error, but there's more...) The letter's get hung up in that little gap constantly. Time waste. The flaps aren't adhesive far enough and I have to tape every one of them so they don't get jammed in the post office. (When you send as many letters as I do, this is a real problem. It happens more than you may think.) Time waste. I can re-open the envelope after its sealed. It's not obvious at all that it's been reopened. I'm using a LOT of cellophane tape and my valuable time on these things. I'm so tired of "inexpensive = junk" on Amazon.
