Received 2 of these for our Business. One worked fine the other was issuing a fault code b.12 when started up brand new out of the box. Attempted to return it for another and its not allowed by amazon. Called amazon "tech support" to get a difficult to understand agent reading off of a script. Already troubleshooted the UPS by unplugging the battery, plugging back in ect and same fault code came up. Amazon Tech support connected the call with APC and then hung up and left me with APC. They then again required me to un-box the faulty item and unhook the battery, re hook it up and test and still same fault code. Currently on the phone to get a replacement sent to me. Bottom line is Amazon will not take care of it even though they sold it, they just punt you off to the manufacture to talk to and get it replaced. Waste of my time and a good reason to buy this type of equipment locally for support. Disappointed with Amazon.
