I read many political thrillers & usually enjoy them a lot....this was the exception. While the premise started off a little shaky, I thought it would get better....it didn't! The whole mess just got more & more unbelievable with every page turned. Blake Jordan is every law enforcement agent's nightmare...an agent who thinks he needs no one else's help to save his mentor, the senator, so he goes completely rogue....and the senator, a presidential nominee, was kidnapped under Blakes nose....In real life, the senator would not have ever been left alone & the room he was in would have been checked thoroughly. There were so many glaring plot holes in this book I almost didn't finish it....not to mention the errors in spelling & grammar! It needed a competent editor in the worst way. Don't waste your time with this one...it's horrible!
