Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've had this charger for about two months now and I tend to leave it plugged into my work computer for easy access when I need to charge my phone. I went away for a few days, the computer was turned off, and came back to part of the cord burnt. I'm not sure if it shorted out, or what happened, but whatever it was isn't good. It seemed well made otherwise, but I want to make sure Amazon knows in case this wasn't just a fluke!
