DEFECTIVE & NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Wanted to love this product, but like other reviewers experienced, my Cubii was defective out of the box and wouldn't power on. Tried contacting customer support, but received NO RESPONSE. I had originally ordered two, but cancelled the second order; super glad I did. Improve your product and your customer service, Cubii; both are SEVERELY lacking.
