Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Not very happy with this product. We bought this backpack for our 5th grader. We had high hopes as this backpack and my son was very excited to use it as it looked very nice and has many pockets. We bought it in Jan 2015 and here we are in early April 2015 and the bag has ripped at the bottom sides. I could not personally recommend someone purchase this product knowing it could fail 3 months later. Take a look at the photo. Do you see the holes in the bottom of the backpack? Those are are not ventilation holes; those are rips in the seams and they should not be there!
