Bought this less than a year ago. Granted I live in the desert, but then, it's a shade tarp so should hold up somewhat. It is turning to powder out there....the grommets have ripped out and the seam is just pulling away on three sides, there's no way to fix it, even with tarp clips because it is just disintegrating. Really bummed. Sixty six bucks, when I bought it (glad to see it's less now, but still not worth the price), and a lot of work. I was happy at first, but it has totally not held up. Unless you want to replace it every six months or so, I'd look for something stronger.
