★☆☆☆☆
It's essentially a long-form advertisement for an app.
I was enjoying the content, although it felt a little over dramatized what with the excessive fake crying and "survivor's guilt". All but the last 5 minutes or so was tolerable and a worthwhile purchase. HOWEVER, the final 5 minutes of the film is essentially just an advertisement for Dr. Greer's guided meditation app which costs $10. Such a blatantly obvious advertisement absolutely steals any semblance of credibility from all the content preceding it. I was honestly mildly confused and surprised that something like that would be shoehorned into what otherwise would have been a solid drama-doc.
