Making Payments Inconvenient
Inconvenient to make payments. Cannot make payment with Debit Card, must set up with bank routing and account number. One reason why I HAVE a Debit Card is so I don't have to divulge my account number. Also, when calling in, they require your social security number, which you don't give out over the phone. I understand giving it on an app but not when you call about your account.
