It was a good idea but didn’t work as expected. After filling all the sections for my mother , when you turn it over to get out the pills, any small pills can jump from one section to another. When I asked the company about this, I was told it is only for regular size to larger pills. It would have been nice to know this before I ordered it. Also my mother was confused about what time it was and tried to open it 2 hours early. In trying to get it to open she took the batteries out which stopped the timing on the dispenser. All in all, a bad design. I had to return it.
