This product has soybean oil listed in the ingredients which is a source of Omega 6 fatty acids. For me, the whole propose of taking omega 3s is to balance the ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 oils. I try to avoid soybean oil as much as possible which is practically in all processed foods. The seller doesn't accept returns which means I'm just going to have to dump this bottle in the garbage. Such a pity.
