This is a scam! I lost over $2,000 on this piece of crap. I didn't buy the warranty and when it got to my house, connected it and couldn't get the darn thing to work. I called customer service at Amazon and was told that because I did not purchase a warranty, I could not return it. I found out an element was fried in it and then found out it would cost almost as much as the damn computer to get it fixed. Seriously, it made me re-think making large purchases from Amazon ever again!
