Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is not a review of the rollator, but of Medline, the manufacturer. The unit I received was missing two small parts. So I called Medline using the Customer Service (Ha Ha) number in the assembly instructions. They couldn't have been LESS helpful. They not only wouldn't replace the missing parts, they end up denying the rollator was theirs. If you have one of these rollators and trouble develops, good luck to you!
