EXTEMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - JOKE OF A "3 -YEAR" WARRANTY.....I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND AN APPOLOGY!
Customer service is extremely poor! Three year warranty does NOT cover parts that wear? I have had my cart for less than 2 years and one of the wheel bearings broke (came out of "plastic" wheel). Cart is not functional at this point. Worx is happy to send me the replacement part $5 + $5 in postage. However when I indicated I would pay but file a complaint, the customer service agent actually hung up on me! Now that I am attempting to reach them via email, they have blocked my email address. Is THAT what customer service has come to these days?
