How I would describe the product is identical to when at a doctors office and they take your pressure with arm band. It inflates, deflates and depending on the setting will alternate. It's loud, this used an air pump (automated air pump) just like at a doctors office it is loud and hard to watch a show while using. Lets just say... I used it one time and I knew pretty quickly I would not use it much because it's not enjoyable to use and it dosn't feel like a massage. It feels like it semi restricts circulation at the higher settings. *It is very smart looking product, easy to put on and seemed work nicely but not worth finding out if it works for you because It cost me $20ish-30 to return. I wish I had noticed the paying shipping both ways.
