The bottom of the device I received is slightly rounded, not flat as it should be. I'm concerned it may be a battery swelling issue. And I have only been able to get around 12,000mAh of wireless charging before it's empty. I know they lose some charging efficiency via wireless but this is bad. I will update after I try it via wired charging to retest the claimed capacity. It also does not wirelessly fast charge on newer samsung devices like the Galaxy S20 and S21 phones. I haven't tried fast or ultra fast wired charging yet so I'll add those results to a review update. Update: Using the usb-c to usb-c cable that came with the S21 it only charges at 15w, not the claimed 25w. I'm still testing the mAh amount with wired charging and will add a final update when I finish using up this full power bank charge. Final Update: Using the usb-c to usb-c cable that came with the phone, I only got about 16,000mAh worth of charges. So either one of the batteries in the bank is bad(iirc there are 2 inside), which would explain the buldge on the bottom plastic, or it simply isn't anywhere near the total mAh's they claim.
