While this product worked great in the beginning, when it came time to replace the HEPA filter, they were no where to be found. I contacted Ivation and was told that they do not sell filters from their website nor do they know where to purchase them. If I so desired, I could send them an email and they would pull one from their warehouse and sell it to me but such a transaction could not be handled via a phone call. Essentially, this unit is good for one year at best and then you must dispose of it and purchase another one. This is not a proper way to provide support of your product. Would I recommend this to anyone? I would not.
