The machine itself seems....fine. I've had several successful prints this far. The software SUCKS, and is internet dependent. All designed to force you into the Cricut subscription ecosystem. I ordered several Amazon suggested rolls of vinyl with the Maker 3 only to find out that they're 12" vs the Maker 3's 13" in-feed size. I can use this vinyl by cutting it and applying to a Cricut mat, but then I'm limited to the mat's size. The whole point in purchasing this was for 12ft prints as advertised! This is clearly a way to force users into the Cricut brand vinyl vs cheaper alternatives on the fairly standard 12" space. Avoid this machine and company like the plague. It's a micro transaction hellscape and better cutters exist in this price range that don't force you into their ecosystem via shady as hell means.
