I purchased this item as it was listed. When I bought it, it read "Premier yarn 3-pack". I paid for 4 units, expecting 12 balls of yarn, as it was listed as a 3-pack, NOT a single ball. (The dishonest seller has since changed the listing title. I have the photo of my original purchase listing to prove it). When my item arrived, I received 4 balls of yarn, not the 12 I was expecting. I called Amazon, who said they spoke to the company and the company would immediately ship my 8 remaining balls of yarn. Now, I have received an email stating that it was listed as a single ball (it was not and I have a screen capture to prove it), and that they will not honor my purchase. I am so angry and will absolutely NEVER buy from them again, and I will caution anyone against buying from a company this dishonest unless they remedy this situation.
