Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I don't normally write reviews. I bought this software for $34.95. The software claims to have a money back guarantee if there is another tax prep software that gives you a bigger refund or finds you owe less, given the same input of data. I also bought TurboTax Deluxe and compared the two. For the Federal, they were both very close. But for the state, Idaho, TurboTax knew that if you pay more in Health Insurance premiums than your Federal deduction, the difference can be claimed as a deduction in Idaho. For me, that resulted in $250 less in state taxes. When I called H&R Block to get my money back, they said since I had purchased it through a 3rd party, Amazon, I was not in their system so they could not refund any money. They suggested going back to Amazon. Unfortunately for me, Amazon has no return option for downloads.
