I liked it at first. After 2 and a half months, it broke. There is a wimpy little rubber "flap" inside the dust cage (the red plastic part where all the dirt stays inside) and the little rubber flap came off. I called Amazon and they referred me to Eureka. I called Eureka and they wanted me to send the pictures of the broken part. I did what they requested. They emailed me back saying they would call me within 3 days. The never did. I called again and emailed again and finally, weeks later, Eureka replied with a generic email, "product is now 90 days old and warranty has expired" so they would not help. I then asked for just a replacement rubber flap to which they replied, "No." So now I'm out money, and out of a vacuum cleaner, simply because Eureka failed to contact me back when they said they would. If they would have kept their word, then I'm sure Eureka would have at least replaced the broken flap. I'm boycotting all Eureka products for the remainder of my life. I suggest buying a Black & Decker brand. They last and last.
