I've been cooking with ceramic for quite some time, but what I read in another review happened to someone else, happened to me as well: the pan cracked for no apparent reason after only a few uses while sitting on the turned off stove, cooling after cooking. This happened despite handling it as "instructed" and as I do all my other ceramic pans. Some of which are from the same manufacturer and that I have had no issues with - so I don't know if it's just this particular model/shape, but that was a total waste of nearly $150, since Ceramcor will not accept this happening as anything to do with their product.
