I have two electric cars and 45 solar panels on my house. As you can tell, I am seriously green. I was very anxious to eliminate my old gas mower and go cordless using some of my excess PV power to recharge the mower. I'm Prime and the box came in under a week. Great service Amazon!. The mower was simple to set up. I charged the battery overnight and went out the next day to try it out. All was well at first. Plenty of power and very lightweight. From all appearances, it was exactly what I was looking for. I mowed about a 20 Sq Ft section and turned the mower off the check the bag. When I went to start up again, the motor started up, ran for a couple of seconds and promptly shut back down. I tried everything I could think of the make it work with no luck. I tried calling the company and got voicemail. Not return call. I went to their website and submitted a service request per their instructions. Didn't hear anything back for a week. The response was. "where do you live, we can refer you to a repair facility". Absolutely no troubleshooting or attempt to help me. Based on the total lack of service and the "could care less about our customer" attitude, I returned the mower and went and bought a corded electric mower.
