Wrong Size Labeled and Described.
The filter I ordered was supposed to be 1x20x24. The actual size is 3/4x19.5x23.5 which is too small for my unit's filter opening. It lets air in around it and flops back and forth every time the fan goes on. I did not retain the original packing so there's no way I can return this without buying a new shipping box. That's my mistake and a $30 lesson learned. I'm now using masking tape to hold the filter in place and to stop the air bypassing the filter. Buy at your own risk but I will not buy these again or recommend these to anyone.
