When my pan arrived, I read the directions and knew this pan was not for us and was misled by the word "copper" in the name Copper Chef". Alarming directions: "Do NOT use extra virgin olive oil or oil sprays. Use non-metal utensils. Do not cut food in pan, using sharp utensils such as forks, knives, mashers, or whisks. When I priced return postage, it was $10 shy of purchase price. The review about exploding stovetop was not there when I ordered, or I would never have ordered. This is not the copper as seen on TV. Truth be known, there is no copper in it at all or the do not use list would not be in the directions and definitely was not on the page. Buyer beware.
