I hope this review will be able to reach most customers before making this purchase because this product should not even be in the market. First of all, the product advertisement is deceitful. This product capitalizes on the use of memory foam when in fact is disproportionately fewer than the amount of disgusting foam the manufacturer got from who knows where. The ratio of memory foam to foam is 2:8 as displayed on an image, which Vekkia sneakily used under the Zipper feature section, and the manual it came with it. The advertisement contradicts itself with "Filled: Soft Shredded Memory Foam Pillow comes compressed..", but just completely ignore this. But seriously? This is the "HIGH QUALITY AND SCIENTIFIC RATIO about memory foam and ordinary foam" you speak of? I'm pretty sure you could have used the pictures of the ordinary foam instead of plastering the image of the memory foam on every space available. Because when I unzipped and dug inside, most of them were random foam with no visible sight and feel of the memory foam. That's when it hit me. Remember the 2:8 ratio? I can guess with the way this product is advertised that the cushion is filled with that 80% foam and the EXTRA foam that came with it is that 20% memory foam. Next, remember the disgusting foam I mentioned? The source of the foam is questionable because these are reused foam with zero quality check. Some of the foams are dirty and discolored, and there were a couple that were caked with other materials not listed on the description. This is a health hazard. And I do not feel comfortable letting other people like me using this. ~~~Conclusion~~~ A premium price of $53.00 just to find out my cushion is literally a trash bag full of scraps is very disappointing. Good thing it came with EXTRA memory foam, right? Now, my current issue is whether I can get a full refund. Cushion came very compressed in a tall box so it's going to be a real hassle trying to have this all in one box again. If Amazon allows me, I will keep an update on this. ~~~Update~~~ Case has been resolved. Also, I took out all the material from cushion as you can see from the pictures of the two trash bags. The only memory foam is the one that came with it.
