Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First of all I think it's important to note that I am in the shipping container business and was excited to try this lock on my own home storage container. Upon arrival it appeared to be of nice quality and secure BUT after trying to lock and unlock it a few times, the key kept getting bound up and would not open the lock or turn. I thought perhaps it was operator error but alas no, it's just a crappy tumbler system. I am in the process of returning for a refund through Amazon Prime. Do not put this thing in a "lock box" unless you have a cutting torch standing by to remove it. UPDATE: These clowns charged me 10% restocking fee for my return because they said the lock worked fine. That is utter BS....this lock is junk
