I'm surprised at this review, I genuinely thought I'd love this guy. Unfortunately, it's got some major issues which only come up after using it for a few days. At first glance, it's got a great build, sturdy, feels great in your hands. There's a nice double locking mechanism up top so it won't leak. I'm confident it won't leak. But, it's that great lock set up, which actually makes it uncomfortable to drink from. Take a look at the pic I added. In order to drink, you have fit your bottom lip between the outside lock & the funnel inside. You have to do this little dance every time and it's annoying. There's also a plastic plug on the inside of the top which plugs the dispenser hole when you close it. That's awesome when it's closed, but when it's open, it always dribbles coffee on my nose & glasses. At this price, you'd think they'd have done some better design testing. And my coffee doesn't stay hot for nearly as long as other mugs - maybe 2-3 hrs at most.
