I bought 2 of these to replace my old one and what a big mistake, not only does the bottom change color. Anything you cook in it badly sticks whether it's an egg, meat, veggies etc. I thought it would be non stick because my other stainless steel pans are non stick. They are also hard to clean when the food sticks to it. I will not purchase these pans anymore, what a disappointment. 2 thumbs down!!!!
