I ordered this product after reading reviews, both positive and negative. I wanted a safe car emergency kit, for my son's vehicle. This product sounded great, the pictures showed a comprehensive product for every roadside emergency... What I received was not what was shown. I was completely disappointed. The items were cheaply made, the headlamp was broken, the only thing in the entire package that was well made was the bag. As a nurse, the first aid kit was far from what would be helpful in an emergency situation. This product is not worth your money and even worse you are unable to return it, my advice to anyone looking for a car emergency kit; Look elsewhere! I found a great product from Amazon that had everything needed and it cost less. I will say that Amazon did refund my money and they were extremely helpful when I contacted them regarding this purchase.
