Engineered To Die - Built in counter stops printer working.
I bought the G3200 in Sept of 2017. Yesterday, 1/11/19, I got the 5B00 error. Apparently, there is a built in counter to keep the waste ink pad from overfilling. Once you get this error, you have to take it to a Cannon repair center to get the pad replaced and the counter reset. I wouldn't have bought this printer if I knew it had a built in counter to stop it from working. Why wasn't this listed with all the other disclaimers?
