Title says it all. Both aloe vera plants arrived not just moist, but sitting in soaking soil...I still have yet to add water. It's almost as if they were prepped for a trip to the Sahara and back. Then this morning I noticed one plant had fallen completely out of the soil/pot. Upon inspection, it was browned at the base/core, oozing reddish goo at roots (rot), and overall just super saturated...all signs that it was in fact over-watered as I feared upon arrival. Well, glad I got two so one is a backup..The other is thriving, but I am guessing it's because it sat near a fan and dried soil out enough to save it.. BUYER BEWARE. There is *NO* refund/exchange policy as I just tried to see if there was any options.
