Magnesium Breakthrough was endorsed by Dave Asprey when it was the old formula… that’s when I started taking it. The new ( and I’m assuming cheaper to make) version is missing L-threonate… the main reason he endorsed it according to the podcast. That’s the only magnesium version that crosses the barrier to the brain.. key for defense against Alzheimer’s , dementia etc. (I’ve included before and after pics of the bottles ) .And I realized, as somebody else mentioned, their blend is proprietary so we have no idea what the amounts of the rest are in there. It could be $39 for Mag citrate with a tiny amount of the other forms . I loved this product and used 6 bottles I think, but I can’t buy anymore . I’d rather purchase the other brand that has L-threonate. Put back the L-threonate… or explain why you took it out please.
