Disappointed
Very sad about this sweater...I really LOVED the first one. The softness. The color. The length. It fit perfect. BUT it had a snag on the arm, so I requested an exchange for a new one...THEN when it came time to try the new one on, it was a COMPLETE disappointment! Same pattern. Same supposed size (XL). It definitely wasn't. So now both sweaters are being sent back for a refund.
