Havnt tried yet as I am already disappointed. I bought these as a surprise for my daughter for getting her braces off after 4 long years. The description is misleading as it states "16 treatments +2 bonus 1 hour express treatments" which would equal 18 treatments, however after receiving and opening there is a TOTAL of 16 packs,including the "2 bonus treatments". I don't appreciate false advertising, so I can not give this a good review,which is sad because it may be a wonderful product but since I was lied to,I havnt had a chance to be objective as of yet.
