Mirror effect reversed at night, can't see out but outside can see in
The change of mirror effect, depending on which side of the window has the most light, was not described online. The film works as described during the day, when the predominant light is outside, it is difficult to see inside, and the window looks like a mirror when standing outside. The mirror effect of the film is reversed when it gets dark outside. So, the indoor lights make the window a mirror when standing inside and make it difficult to see outside, at night, and if standing outside it is very easy to see inside. Being able to see inside at night and not able to see outside defeats the whole purpose of the film.
