We purchased this vacuum as we have 3 dogs in our home. The first time we used it the belt busted that makes it work. We asked for a replacement that took weeks to get and wasn't even the correct one as the belt for this model was on back order. Got to use this vacuum two more times before the belt broke again. Of course now with all of this we missed our opportunity to send it back. I would not advise buying this product.
