★★☆☆☆
It mills okay, but has some draw backs in design
We bought this mill because my wife can't eat gluten. So we want to mill quinoa and other small grains to make gluten free bread. I think it will be okay for that, but it is definitely not ready to run for that kind of thing. To mill small grains you have to feed them by hand slowly. The problem is when you do that the machine spits small pieces of chopped grain up out of the feed hole and they fly all over the room.. I called the support line and the woman told me the only answer was to spend another $20 plus shipping on the adapter (a small piece of PVC pipe). Obviously, this costs them almost nothing but is apparently a profit center for them. Unless you plan to only mill wheat, better plan another $20. I am really disappointed that they would not just include this part for a mill that advertises being able to mill so many different types of grain.
