When we received the desktop, it was completely internally covered with dust. The cast fan's connectors, already low quality, were damaged or broken, and the case fan was hanging by only two of the connectors. It is listed as a "dedicated" graphics card, but no graphics card was present. Touching the back of the machine covered my assistant's hand in some black residue we can't identify. This has deeply shaken our confidence in the Amazon refurb certification program.
