I was very pleased to get this item as a Deal of the Day. Purchase and delivery set-up was easy. Item was delivered on time and all appeared well. the box was factory sealed and intact. I opened the box and began shuttling parts from the garage to the basement (it comes in one box 52x38x18 and it weighs 180#). The last part you take out of the box is the main body, which is the largest and heaviest part (contains the flywheel). I looked and all the seams appeared to be misaligned. Upon inspection, I found the case/cover had been broken...a single, small screw secures the case and it's thin housing was broken off. This is enough to cause the entire side of the body to come loose and become misaligned. This is not repairable and the entire item must be sent back. I have requested a replacement and will give them another chance, but so far, I am very dissatisfied. To have such a thin housing to hold such a small screw is cutting corners under any circumstance, but when it is supposed to secure the largest and heaviest parts, it's absurd. I am very concerned that other parts may be of equally poor quality, but, like I said, I'll give them another chance. Also, quality control is pretty poor as it doesn't appear this was damaged during shipping. I will update this review in two weeks when my replacement arrives.
