Very disappointed. I bought the most expensive 3d pen I found on Amazon as my first pen. Mistake. It worked fine for a couple days then just started leaking so bad became unusable at times. Then after a week it quit working all together. I HATE RETURNING STUFF. So I took it all apart. Probably voided warranty, don't care at a price point not worth my time sending back. I'm extremely lazy. Instead bought the competition - 20 dollars less - ability to look at screen and adjust temp vs "calling customer service to adjust heat" - press and release option, not just autoextrude In summary this was my most embarrassing purchase since I bought a Nook from B&N years ago.
