Glitches & loses purchases
Super fun game. Never have I purchased anything in a game with real money and I used to play Farmville. Made the decision to purchase gems after accidentally spending mine with mistaken click. 2 hours later, the game glitches and took away the highest level ponies and all my gems. The app says redownloading will make you lose progress. My bank account shows I was charged. It even shows the players leveled up but blacked out and inaccessible. Very disappointed. Beware.
