when the box arrived the Amazon cardboard box with sealed and looked perfectly fine, however the box of the portable monitor had small rips all over it and marks that implied there was once tape on it, I didn't need to undo anything to take off the lid and found the monitor laying there. underneath were 2 of the 4 cables I need to operate the device properly and it didn't even come with a charger. I found my own charger but after plugging in the device it would repeatedly say no signal unless it had two chargers plugged into it at that point it would light up with different blinking colors and do nothing else. I'm not spending $150 on a color changing rectangle, what I need is a portable monitor and this isn't it.
