I love the design of this bassinet, it’s functional and beautiful, but the “mattress” that comes with this bassinet is GARBAGE and Kids II customer service is also garbage. The mattress is literally a board that’s about a cm thick and then has a padded cover that goes over it My child is somewhere between 9-10lbs and this “mattress”, after 2 weeks of use is warped and bent in the middle Customer service’s only solution was to send a replacement part which would just end up bending under his weight again or to get a refund from amazon. Absolutely no help whatsoever I would recommend avoiding any of their bassinets or playyards as the customer service rep stated herself on the phone that none of the mattresses that come with these are padded. I was so in love with this bassinet but now I’m absolutely disgusted with this product
