Initially I thought it was great, but by the third workout things started to go wrong. First I started finding piles of black powder on the floor by the back of the left side. Then it developed a loud squeak. The it started to make a jarring thump. Then the left pedal came loose. I found that the screw that holds the arm of the left pedal to the body of the machine was unscrewing itself as the pedal moved. So now it's unusable and I missed the return window. So I'm basically stuck with a big paper weight. I really liked the machine when it worked, and if mine hadn't turned out to be a dud I would be raving about it. As it is, I don't think the benefits outweigh the risks of buying it.
