Should have listen to the other reviews, I'm beyond embarrassed. I bought these as a gift for my brother in law and these turned out to be FAKE. I contacted apple and they confirmed it, even tho the serial number is real!!! things to look out for because these are really well made FAKES - has noise cancelling/transparency but doesn't work when turn on ( in the real ones it clicks) - in setting under general/about they should appear to show the serial number - obvious bad sound quality/ not work left/right earbuds - last, these fakes were lighting blue in the earpiece itself. just wait a couple more days for apple or best buy.
