Not as advertised - most things stick and the pans have discolored. When we contacted the company to inquire if there was a defect this was there response - not very professional. Please see the attached pamphlets that explain the Hybrid cookware Black Cube. This is not a NON-stick Cookware this is a stainless steel induction ready cookware with added non stick grids for the ease of clean up. This cookware should be used with butter or oil and heats up very quickly therefore does not need high temps. The pans are made to be scrubbed like a stainless steel and are very durable and can even tolerate metal utensils. We do not off trial periods and we do not refund for buyer’s remorse. We only take back item that are in New/unused condition. The pan is covered for lifetime limited warranty for manufactures defects in which we will gladly replace.
