I purchased this saw for cutting FRP and I have to say I was really disappointed. The depth setting would not stay where it was set. You cannot see the blade when set at 1/8 inch so I couldn't tell when to stop the cut. After about 10 feet of cutting the saw retractable base would stick. I was constantly having to clean it. The laser is almost 1/8 inch off. The position of the handle makes it almost impossible to make a straight cut. I have been in construction for over 36 years and I don't think think this tool was intended for professional use or results. I think it was intended for someone that has never owned professional tools.
