Love this phone but $1700? You can buy this through Samsung Bestbuy and many other places for $1380. Lower with activation. I'm giving this 1 star due to the over inflated price here. Let's talk about the phone. Its sweet!!! Love the flip love the camera its features and abilities. Too many to mention but let me mention one thing about the camera since I'm a camera nut. You can record and switch cameras while you record. The audio recording is good. I thought I would need an external mic but its quite good. Lots of options too. Love the flip open to where the top is the camera and bottom is controls when you bend it and have it sit on the table. Fingerprint face recognition is better than ever. Let me say this phone is all good so let's point out what's not good. It's not waterproof not even water resistant. That is bad. I'm not looking to go scuba diving with it but mobile electronics like phones need to be protected against rain spills wet hands. The front screen is tiny. Why? No 3.5mm jack. Headphones? No I could care less about earbuds or headphones I use bluetooth headphones. I want a 3.5mm jack for audio input. External mics. Don't want to use a adapter or dongle. What else bad? Mmm ... the price. This is pricey. That's about it. The rest of the phone and its capabilities are nice. Comes with a clear case and earbuds. 👍 Good job Samsung I'm sure the next version will be even better. Make it waterproof provide a usb c to 3.5mm mic adapter add a bigger front screen and uh lower the price. This is my 4th Samsung phone and I've never had an issue. Would love to grab an s20 Ultra as well but man its pricey too. Wooh... 😁
